A father was charged after allegedly beating a man who was accused of drugging and sexually assaulting his 13-year-old daughter.
Jeremy John Rowe, 44, is accused of having a conversation with the teenager at a mall in Thornie, Perth, Australia, which for legal reasons cannot be identified.
They then went to a nearby skate park where Rowe gave the young girl cannabis and sexually assaulted her, it is alleged.
After the alleged attack, police found the girl passed out and she was reportedly taken to hospital.
Rowe fled the scene but was arrested at his home a few days later on Thursday.
The girl’s father was charged with indecent crime after allegedly assaulting Rowe, the Western Australian reported.
He is accused of tracking down Rowe before slapping him in the face. the Daily Mail reports.
Rowe is charged with two cases of sourcing a child for sexual behavior, two cases of indecently dealing with a child, one case of drugging a child, and one case of supplying cannabis.
He has been taken into custody and is expected to appear in court on Friday.
